Matilda Bay Fat Yak

Tasting notes according to the bottle(r): This garage engineered beer is golden in colour and has sizable floral aroma. We added hops to the kettle early and late in the boil to balance the bitterness, while dry hopping late in the fermentation delivers some big citrus and fruity hop character.

My own opinion: This is actually a really enjoyable beer. It doesn't have as much as a kick to it when compared to the Alpha Pale Ale, but it still is a high quality beverage. I think it's closer to the US style of pale ale than any of the Australian styles of pale ale. It's good on the nose and the eye.

My rating: More than just a few pints, and possibly a beer you could sit on all night.
